考研寫作小作文是一個(gè)格式大于內(nèi)容的作文，一定要注意格式，保證絕對(duì)無誤，甚至標(biāo)點(diǎn)都不能點(diǎn)錯(cuò)哦!下面就跟研招網(wǎng)小編來學(xué)如何寫出一篇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信件吧!
(一)首先稱呼
稱呼 (頂格寫后面加逗號(hào)，正文部分開頭縮進(jìn)4個(gè)字符)
Ø不認(rèn)識(shí)的人，不知道是男是女： Dear Sir / Madam,(機(jī)構(gòu))/ To Whom It May Concern,(不建議用)
Ø認(rèn)識(shí)但不熟悉的人：
Dear Mr. / Ms. / Dr. / Prof.(后面的符號(hào)不能省) /Editor Smith,/(加尊稱)
Dear editor,/ manager,/ professor,/dean/president(Dear teacher 不對(duì))(加職位)
Ø朋友： Dear Bob,
Ø一群人：Dear team/all, Dear /friend
很多好學(xué)的同學(xué)問為什么用Dear，其實(shí)這個(gè)詞并不一定表示你和他非常親近，只不過是非常專業(yè)的寫法，也很有禮貌!

(二)1、表示感謝：(私人信不需要感謝)

(2) It would be highly appreciated if you could ….
It would be highly appreciated if you could take my suggestion ( application /invitation /request) into consideration
(3) I would be very grateful if ….
2、 期待回信(與收信人人數(shù)有關(guān)，一對(duì)多的不期待回復(fù))
(1)I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. (私人)
(2)I am looking forward to a favorable reply(夸對(duì)方) at your earliest convenience. (公務(wù))
(3)Your prompt attention to this letter would be highly appreciated.
(三)落款 【中間線以右(左對(duì)齊)】可以不用區(qū)分公務(wù)信函和私人信函
Ø公務(wù)信函：Yours sincerely, Yours respectfully,
Ø私人信函：Yours ( lovely),
